How to Book a Photography Session


Step 1: Fill Out the Contact Form

Head over to the [Contact Page] and fill out the inquiry form with your session type, preferred date, and any details you'd like me to know. The more info, the better!


Step 2: Let’s Chat to Plan the Details

Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll be in touch within 24–48 hours to confirm availability, packages, location, timing, go over your vision, and answer any questions. We'll make sure we're the right fit!


Step 3: Secure Your Date

When you're ready to move forward, I'll send over your custom proposal, contract, and invoice. A signed agreement and a 50% retainer are required to officially reserve your session date.


Step 4: Confirmation and Information Guides

Once your date is secure and retainer is placed, I will send you over a guide so you can prepare for your session! Outfits ideas and FAQs will be included in your guide.


Step 5: Shoot Day!

Show up ready to be yourself—I'll take care of the rest. We’ll have fun, get creative, and capture moments that truly reflect you.


Step 6: Gallery Delivery

Within 2-4 weeks, you'll receive an online gallery with fully edited, high-resolution images ready for download, sharing, and printing!

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

There is no additional cost for travel to any location on the island—I'm happy to come to you!


While I’m open to shooting anywhere that inspires you, I do have a soft spot for the East Side, especially around Kualoa Ranch. Sunday evenings are my preferred time to shoot there for the best lighting and scenery, but I’m flexible and always open to working with your schedule and location preferences.

How long does it take to receive the photos and how will those be delivered?

 

Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 1–3 weeks after your session—sometimes even sooner! The exact turnaround time may vary depending on my current booking schedule, but I’ll always communicate the expected timeframe before you officially book.


Final images will be delivered through Pixieset, where you can view, download, and share your photos with ease.

 

What should I bring/ prepare before the shoot

 

Just bring yourself and anyone joining you for the session! Come with a positive attitude, some ideas if you have them, and your best smiles.


I’ll guide you through natural posing to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera—but I always welcome your input! If you have inspiration or suggestions, feel free to share. This is a collaborative experience, and I want you to love the final result.

 

What if something comes up last minute and I have to cancel?

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy


I understand that life happens and unexpected things can come up. All I ask is clear and honest communication.


If you need to reschedule, please provide a reasonable explanation, and your retainer will be honored and applied to a new session date within 14 days of the original booking.
